Our Y6 pupils recently took part in Bikeability Level Two Cycle Training. The session led by Penny Allan a qualifed cycling instructor took place during the school day over three days. The course consisted of a session on the playground followed by sessions on local roads for those who reach the required standard of cycle control in the first session.

Girls Football

This is a brand new club here at Landulph developed to allow the girls to engage in football.

Huge congratulations to our team who took part in their first ever mini tournament. The girls were excited and exhausted but really looking forward to their next match.

Well done girls!

 Tri Golf Day at Landulph

This Thursday 20th March we are really lucky to have a PGA teaching professional from St MellionGolf  Club coaching all the children here at Landulph for FREE!!!

This is a fun mini version of golf, designed specifically for young children in primary schools. The idea is that children learn about golf by working together in groups on fun based activities, using oversized child-friendly equipment!

I’m sure the children are going to learn lots and have a great time! J

Pictures of the children will appear on our school website after the event, so keep looking!

This links together with the launch of  ‘Sports Relief’ here in school where many exciting activities will take place.

High Fives Netball

What an amazing season our team has had! In total the team took place in 3 competitions against all the local primary schools.

The hours of training did pay off though, as the team showed great determination and team spirit. They lost to the overall winners by only 1 goal – brilliant for such a small school with a young team.

We are all very proud of you!
